I recently had a very good experience with Brian at Xtrabond Windscreens. I decided to try an independent auto glass service instead of heading to a national chain and I’m very pleased I did. I was in for a chip repair and he explained the process and the options I have. The repair was excellent. We discussed some further work and he was very competitive with his quote. The workshop is spotless (a good sign of a great business in my experience) and Brian was a pleasure to work with. I just had Brian replace my side glass and I can't recommend him enough. I got super lucky he came over to replace the glass at my place and I didn't even need to drive the car to the workshop (no extra cost involved). Communication was perfect, he was professional, price was reasonable, the car looks just as before. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, he even gave me a bit of the product he used to clean the paint after I used sticky tape to hold the plastic bag in place when the glass was broken.
